And we're back...

We are back from Victoria after only 4 days...

We are all tired (a lot of walking) and need to recoup...

Here are an assortment of pictures from the week. The pictures are in no particular order, so I will put a quick caption under each.

On the ferry on the way home. He was being goofy and was very excited to get home.

One of my favorite pictures of the week. We went to Beacon Hill Park. This was at one of the many ponds. I love that he wasn't even looking at me...just being a boy!

This is for the plant people out there (you know who you are)! I thought this was cool. I have no idea what it is, but it is neat!

Across from the Wax Museum, taking a break on the rocks. We could just take Archer to a bunch of rocks and that would be a swell vacation for him...all that walking and culture doesn't compare!

There were these bears all over the city decorated by different people/businesses. They are going to be auctioned off soon for the Children's Hospital (I think). They were very interesting, I only took pictures of a few though.

Ducks, ducks, there are always ducks. These however are special ducks at the lut. governor's mansion, the Government House.

The boys at Craigdarrough Castle. Very impresssive.

On the ferry on the way to Victoria. He was excited to get there. The wait is the hardest part (both to and from)!

Well that's it for now. Lots of fun had by all.

  1. The spectacular plant is "Angel's Trumpet" --either Brugmansia or Datura, I can't remember which. It is hallucinogenic, but pretty dangerous. Lots of deaths in the South from teenagers trying to get high.
