Training

I took this picture today as Archer went for a jog around the block. He is determined to play football next year (much to my dismay) and has decided to begin training himself. So, I took the picture to document the training he is doing, yet when I look at the picture I see my baby with his back to me running. He isn't a baby anymore and he is "running" his own life more and more. I know I have a few(many) years left with him, as he is only 11, but it seems like just yesterday he was a baby in my arms. When he is 18 will it feel like yesterday he was training for his first football season and doing 11 year old things? Probably.

  2. How far is "around the block" in your neck of the woods, anyway? Tell Archer that soccer if better than football. I know these things!
