Have you read this story? It is the story of a girl who was rescued from one of the most severe cases of neglect documented. It is such an amazing story - the girl, the mother, the family who took her into their hearts. I read the story and have been thinking about it, trying to comprehend it. It is an amazing story. I hope you take the time to read it.

That was a hard story to read but I am glad it is ending so well. There are too many thoughts in my head right now to even know what to say.....
ReplyDeleteI couldn't make it all the way through. Even though she's obviously in better hands now, it makes me sick and sad to read about her start in life. I know too, too many people that would literally give their right arm for a child of their own. There ought to be a licensing process for people to have children.
