story of hope

Have you read this story? It is the story of a girl who was rescued from one of the most severe cases of neglect documented. It is such an amazing story - the girl, the mother, the family who took her into their hearts. I read the story and have been thinking about it, trying to comprehend it. It is an amazing story. I hope you take the time to read it.

  2. That was a hard story to read but I am glad it is ending so well. There are too many thoughts in my head right now to even know what to say.....

  3. I couldn't make it all the way through. Even though she's obviously in better hands now, it makes me sick and sad to read about her start in life. I know too, too many people that would literally give their right arm for a child of their own. There ought to be a licensing process for people to have children.

  4. So hard to read and to imagine. Her adoptive parents are special people.
