...is it doesn't last nearly long enough.Today Troy and I made a rhubarb custard pie. I cut the rhubarb and made the crust, Troy made the custard. It is delicious.
I think a crisp is on it's way soon.
And...the rhubarb ice cream? Complements the pie very well...not to rhubarb-y! Just perfect.
